Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. This will allow us to adjust our schedule and offer the appointment slot to another client in need of our services.

In the event of a no-show, cancellation, or reschedule request made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time, a $45 fee will be applied to your account. This fee reflects the valuable time of our staff and the potential loss of business due to the unoccupied time slot. We kindly ask that this fee is paid by credit/debit card over the phone at the time of the cancellation or reschedule request. If this fee is not paid over the phone, it will be applied to the account. We will require this fee to be paid prior to future services.
